  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "473.20A." the following:  "In addition, financing
  1  5 agreements funded through the materials and equipment
  1  6 revolving fund established in section 307.47 are
  1  7 exempt from the provisions of this subsection and
  1  8 section 8.46, subsection 2A."
