  1  2    #1.  Page 6, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "financed." the following:  "However, financing
  1  4 agreements for an energy conservation measure, as
  1  5 defined in section 7D.34, are exempt from the
  1  6 provisions of this subsection and section 8.46,
  1  7 subsection 2A, but are subject to the requirements of
  1  8 section 7D.34 or 473.20A."
