  1  1    Amend Senate File 2446 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 166D.10, Code 1995, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  4.  In addition to other
  1  7 applicable requirements of this section, feeder swine
  1  8 shall not be moved into this state from another state
  1  9 except to slaughter, unless the feeder swine are
  1 10 vaccinated by a differentiable vaccine within ninety
  1 11 days of arrival in this state."
