  1  3 inserting the following:  "of public safety, and any
  1  4 other state agency.  Any record, data, or information
  1  5 obtained by the division under this section and the
  1  6 division itself are subject to the federal and state
  1  7 confidentiality laws and regulations which are
  1  8 applicable to the original record, data, or
  1  9 information obtained by the division and to the
  1 10 original custodian of the record, data, or
  1 11 information.  The access shall".
