  1  1    Amend Senate File 2366 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking page 5, line 35, through page 6,
  1  3 line 7, and inserting the following:  "other funds
  1  4 legally available.  The treasurer of state, in
  1  5 cooperation with the department of revenue and
  1  6 finance, shall implement procedures to ensure that
  1  7 state agencies are timely in making payments due under
  1  8 the financing agreements."
