  1  1    Amend Senate File 2446 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "horticulture." the following:  "The president of the
  1  4 state horticulture society or the president's designee
  1  5 and the department shall consult and mutually agree on
  1  6 all expenditures of moneys in this subparagraph and on
  1  7 the filling of full-time equivalent positions, as
  1  8 allocated in this subparagraph."
  1  9    #2.  By striking page 16, line 34, through page 17,
  1 10 line 10.
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
