  1  1    Amend Senate File 2037 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 5, by striking the words "a
  1  3 confinement" and inserting the following:  "an
  1  4 animal".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "structure" the following:  "which is part of or
  1  7 connected to a confinement feeding operation".
  1  8    #3.  Page 2, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "operation." the following:  "However, this paragraph
  1 10 does not require a person to obtain a construction
  1 11 permit to construct an animal feeding operation
  1 12 structure which is part of or connected to and used
  1 13 exclusively by a confinement feeding operation in
  1 14 which only bovine or avian animals are confined."
