  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 23 through 25 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "a medically relevant test
  1  4 as defined in section 232.73.  The parent, guardian,
  1  5 or custodian may select the laboratory which processes
  1  6 the test from among the laboratories approved".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 28, by striking the word "drug."
  1  8 and inserting the following:  "drug."
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "division" the following:  "based upon evidence
  1 11 indicating the presence of an illegal drug in the
  1 12 child's body".
