  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "rented." the following:  "The customer shall sign a
  1  4 form, at the location from which the vehicle was
  1  5 initially rented, verifying that the customer was
  1  6 given written and verbal notification of any
  1  7 additional charges referred to in this subsection that
  1  8 the customer may incur."
