1 6 #2. Page 5, line 32, by inserting after the word
1 7 "Iowa;" the following: "one member shall be a
1 8 certified financial planner;".
1 9 #3. Page 6, line 2, by striking the words "the two
1 10 legislative members;".
1 11 #4. Page 6, line 12, by striking the words "is an"
1 12 and inserting the following: "and the two legislative
1 13 members are".
1 14 #5. Page 6, line 13, by striking the word "member"
1 15 and inserting the following: "members".
1 16 #6. Page 6, line 13, by striking the word "Six"
1 17 and inserting the following: "Five".
1 18 #7. Page 6, line 16, by inserting after the word
1 19 "company," the following: "a certified financial
1 20 planner,".
1 21 #8. Page 7, by inserting after line 33 the
1 22 following:
1 23 " . The governor shall appoint to the initial
1 24 board of trustees one member who shall be a certified
1 25 financial planner. The term of the member appointed
1 26 under this paragraph shall commence on July 1, 1996,
1 27 and expire on April 30, 2000."
