  1  1    Amend Senate File 2022 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "county." the following:  "Notwithstanding this
  1  4 subsection, the county board of supervisors may waive
  1  5 the additional tonnage fee for a county, city, or
  1  6 individually contracted industry which is located
  1  7 outside of the county if solid waste received from the
  1  8 county, city, or individually contracted industry
  1  9 accounts for not more than three-tenths of one percent
  1 10 of the annual total amount of solid waste disposed of
  1 11 at the sanitary landfill."
