1 2 #1. Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
1 3 "pupils." the following: "The department shall not
1 4 distribute any moneys from the fund established by
1 5 this section until an appropriation from the fund is
1 6 made by the general assembly."
1 7 #2. Page 2, line 3, by striking the words "an
1 8 apple and a desk" and inserting the following: "a
1 9 school building and a flag".
1 10 #3. Page 2, by inserting after line 31 the
1 11 following:
1 12 "Sec. . The department of education shall study
1 13 and report any recommendations to the general assembly
1 14 by January 8, 1996, regarding a procedure to
1 15 distribute moneys deposited in the Iowa education
1 16 transportation enhancement fund established in section
1 17 285.8A to local school boards to be used for providing
1 18 transportation for pupils."
1 19 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
