  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3601, to Senate File
  1  2 239, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 28 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the
  1  6 figure "598.41," the following:  "unless the court
  1  7 determines that a history of domestic abuse exists as
  1  8 specified in section 598.41, subsection 3, paragraph
  1  9 "j", if enacted by 1995 Iowa Acts, Senate File 150, or
  1 10 unless the court determines that direct physical harm
  1 11 or significant emotional harm to the child, other
  1 12 children, or a parent is likely to result,"."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
