  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3501, to Senate File
  1  2 208, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 4, line 35, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "state" the following:  ", each of which is at
  1  8 least the size of a departmental county cluster,"."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
