1 4 #1. Page 8, by striking lines 7 through 13 and
1 5 inserting the following:

1 7 public land where persons customarily congregate, or
1 8 where persons are planning to customarily congregate,
1 9 as provided for in a recreation master plan approved
1 10 by the area's policymaking body.""
