Page 1, line 16, by striking the word and 1 4 figures "January 1,1994" and inserting the following: 1 5 "January 1, 1994April 15,". 1 6 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the 1 7 following: 1 8 "Sec. . Section 422.7, Code 1995, is amended by 1 9 adding the following new subsection: 1 10 NEW SUBSECTION. 33. Subtract the amount of the 1 11 employer social security credit allowable for the tax 1 12 year under section 45B of the Internal Revenue Code to 1 13 the extent that the credit increases federal adjusted 1 14 gross income." 1 15 #3. Page 2, by inserting after line 20 the 1 16 following: 1 17 "Sec. . Section 422.35, Code 1995, is amended 1 18 by adding the following new subsection: 1 19 NEW SUBSECTION. 17. Subtract the amount of the 1 20 employer social security credit allowable for the tax 1 21 year under section 45B of the Internal Revenue Code to 1 22 the extent that the credit increases federal adjusted 1 23 gross income." 1 24 #4.
