1 3 inserting the following: "accumulated two hundred
1 4 fifty dollars in credits for one calendar year. A
1 5 claim for refund may be filed anytime within the
1 6 calendar year that the two hundred fifty dollar
1 7 minimum has been met. If the two hundred fifty
1 8 dollar".
1 9 #2. Page 26, line 29, by striking the word
1 10 "claimant" and inserting the following: "taxpayer".
1 11 #3. Page 26, line 30, by striking the word "sixty"
1 12 and inserting the following: "two hundred fifty".
