  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 8 as follows:
  1  3    "h.  For the installation of diaper changing
  1  4 stations in the men's and women's restrooms in all of
  1  5 the rest areas located within the state which do not
  1  6 currently have diaper changing stations."
  1  7    #2.  By renumbering and relettering as necessary.
