  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 3, by striking the word "July"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "January".
  1  5    #2.  Page 4, line 20, by striking the word "July"
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "January".
  1  7    #3.  Page 5, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE AND RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY
  1 10 DATES.  This Act, being deemed of immediate
  1 11 importance, takes effect upon enactment and applies
  1 12 retroactively to January 1, 1995."
  1 13    #4.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 14 word "system" the following:  ", and providing
  1 15 effective and retroactive applicability date
  1 16 provisions".
