  1  1    Amend Senate File 481 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 321J.4B, subsection 12, as
  1  5 enacted by 1995 Iowa Acts, Senate File 446, is amended
  1  6 to read as follows:
  1  7    12.  Operating a motor vehicle on a street or
  1  8 highway in this state in violation of an order of
  1  9 impoundment or immobilization is a serious
  1 10 misdemeanor.  A motor vehicle which is subject to an
  1 11 order of impoundment or immobilization that is
  1 12 operated on a street or highway in this state during
  1 13 the period of impoundment or immobilization in
  1 14 violation of the order shall be seized and forfeited
  1 15 to the state under chapter 809."
  1 16    #2.  Title page, line 11, by inserting after the
  1 17 word "studies," the following:  "providing
  1 18 penalties,".
  1 19    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
