  1  1    Amend House File 507, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  4 and figure "October 15" the following:  "appointed
  1  5 during a department's designated six-month seasonal
  1  6 employment period during the same annual twelve-month
  1  7 period, as approved by the director".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "applicable." the following:  "The director shall
  1 10 notify the chairpersons of the standing committees on
  1 11 appropriations of the senate and the house of
  1 12 representatives and the chairpersons of the
  1 13 appropriate subcommittees of those committees of the
  1 14 proposed projects.  The notice from the director shall
  1 15 include the purpose of the project, a description of
  1 16 the project and how the project will be evaluated.
  1 17 Chairpersons notified shall be given at least two
  1 18 weeks to review and comment on the proposal before the
  1 19 project is implemented."
