1 14 1995-1996. For the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 15 1995, the department of management shall reduce the
1 16 amount of a county's certified budget to be raised by
1 17 property tax, for that fiscal year by an amount equal
1 18 to the amount the county will receive from the
1 19 property tax relief fund for property tax relief
1 20 pursuant to section 426B.2, subsection 1 and the
1 21 department of management shall determine the rate of
1 22 taxation necessary to raise the reduced amount."
