  1  1    Amend Senate File 299 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "In addition, the general assembly highly
  1  5 recommends that the state university of Iowa schedule
  1  6 a football competition with Morningside college to be
  1  7 played at the state university of Iowa in Iowa City."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 4, by inserting after the
  1  9 word "teams" the following:  ", and recommending the
  1 10 scheduling of a football competition between the state
  1 11 university of Iowa and Morningside college".
