1 18 seventy years of age or older

1 20 Sec. 3. Section 483A.1, subsection 3, Code 1995,
1 21 is amended to read as follows:
1 22 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 23 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided ..
1 24 $ 23.50
1 25 b. Lifetime license for residents permanently
1 26 disabled or seventy years of age or older
1 27 ..................... $ 50.00".
1 28 #2. Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
1 29 word "animals" the following: "and by providing for
1 30 lifetime hunting, fishing, and combined hunting and
1 31 fishing licenses and fees".
1 32 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
