  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "exemption." the following:  ""Printer" means a person
  1  5 engaged in printing that completes a finished printed
  1  6 product for ultimate sale at retail or means that
  1  7 portion of a person's business used to complete a
  1  8 finished printed packaging material used to package a
  1  9 product for ultimate sale at retail."
