1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 10 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. . CAPITOL BUILDING. There is
1 6 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 7 department of general services for the fiscal year
1 8 beginning July 1, 1994, and ending June 30, 1995, the
1 9 following amounts, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 10 to be used for the purposes designated:
1 11 1. For capitol building restoration, including
1 12 installation of stone on the state capitol building:
1 13 .................................................. $ 250,000
1 14 2. For costs associated with installation of a
1 15 sprinkler system in the state capitol building:
1 16 .................................................. $ 200,000
1 17 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
1 18 in this section which remain unexpended or unobligated
1 19 at the close of the fiscal year shall not revert to
1 20 the general fund of the state but shall remain
1 21 available for expenditure for the designated purposes
1 22 in the succeeding fiscal year."
