1 7 "subsection" and inserting the following:
1 8 "subsections".
1 9 #3. Page 4, by inserting before line 12 the
1 10 following:
1 11 "NEW SUBSECTION. 5. With approval of the board of
1 12 supervisors, the recorder shall serve as the county
1 13 registrar. If the recorder does not serve as the
1 14 county registrar, section 331.602, subsection 40,
1 15 section 331.605, subsection 6, and section 331.611 do
1 16 not apply to that county."
