  1  1    Amend Senate File 178 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 15, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  COSTS PAID BY IOWA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
  1  5 HEALTH.  The Iowa department of public health shall
  1  6 pay any additional training and equipment costs,
  1  7 excluding vehicle costs, incurred by a political
  1  8 subdivision after the effective date of this Act and
  1  9 as a result of this Act."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
