  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  The state shall not pay any additional
  1  5 costs incurred by a political subdivision as a result
  1  6 of this Act."
  1  7    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
