  1  1    Amend Senate File 367 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by striking lines 20 through 29 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 602.8105, subsection 1,
  1  5 paragraph c, Code 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    c.  For entering a final decree of dissolution of
  1  7 marriage, thirty forty dollars.  It is the intent of
  1  8 the general assembly that the funds generated from
  1  9 thirty dollars of the dissolution fees fee be
  1 10 appropriated and used for sexual assault and domestic
  1 11 violence centers."
  1 12    #2.  Page 8, line 31, by striking the words
  1 13 "marriage license" and inserting the following:
  1 14 "dissolution".
