1 4 " . SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
1 5 For the purpose of providing funds to local school
1 6 districts for various school improvements, including,
1 7 but not limited to the acquisition of educational
1 8 technology, the acquisition of educational software,
1 9 the provision of staff development related to the use
1 10 of educational technology, and other purposes deemed
1 11 appropriate by the local school district:
1 12 .................................................. $ 15,000,000
1 13 The funds appropriated in this subsection shall be
1 14 allocated to each school district in proportion to
1 15 each district's basic enrollment for the budget year
1 16 as defined under section 257.6."
