  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3111, to Senate File 160, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by striking the words
  1  4 "seventy-five thousand dollars or less" and inserting
  1  5 the following:  "an amount equal to or less than the
  1  6 maximum purchase amount for new homes under the first
  1  7 time home buyer program administered by the Iowa
  1  8 finance authority".
