  1  1    Amend Senate File 207 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 21, by adding after the word
  1  3 "trade" the following:  "and defined and interpreted
  1  4 under section 554.2103".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "   .  "Manager" means an individual named or
  1  8 designated by agreement between the brewer and
  1  9 wholesaler, who is principally responsible for the
  1 10 daily management of the wholesaler."
  1 11    #3.  Page 11, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "cancellation," the following:  "nonrenewal,".
  1 13    #4.  Page 11, by striking lines 21 and 22 and
  1 14 inserting the following:  "business, award equitable
  1 15 relief, actual damages, court costs, and attorney's
  1 16 fees."
  1 17    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
