  1  1    Amend Senate File 31 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "in" the following:  "continuous".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  WARNING CITATIONS.  During the six-
  1  7 month period from July 1, 1995, through December 31,
  1  8 1995, peace officers shall issue only warning
  1  9 citations for motor vehicles not displaying lighted
  1 10 headlamps at any time when the windshield wipers are
  1 11 in continuous operation as required by section
  1 12 321.384, subsection 1, as amended in this Act."
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
