1 2 ASSISTANCE – CONTINUATION OF DISCONNECTION MORATORIUM PROGRAM
1 3 AND RELATED SERVICES. There is appropriated from the general
1 4 fund of the state to the division of community action agencies
1 5 of the department of human rights for the fiscal year
1 6 beginning July 1, 1996, and ending June 30, 1997, the
1 7 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be
1 8 used for the following purpose:
1 9 For continuation of the low-income home energy assistance
1 10 disconnection moratorium program as described in section
1 11 476.20 and related services:
1 12 .................................................. $ 2,500,000
1 13 EXPLANATION
1 14 This bill appropriates $2.5 million to the community action
1 15 agencies division of the department of human rights for
1 16 continuation of the low-income home energy assistance
1 17 disconnection moratorium program and related services.
