  1  1    Section 1.  441 Iowa administrative code, rule 24.1, the
  1  2 portion of which relates to the definition of persons with
  1  3 mental retardation and as is described in the text of the
  1  4 objection as printed at the end of 441 Iowa administrative
  1  5 code, chapter 24, is nullified.
  1  6    Sec. 2.  This joint resolution, being deemed of immediate
  1  7 importance, takes effect upon enactment.  
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9    This joint resolution nullifies a portion of a rule
  1 10 defining persons with mental retardation and to which an
  1 11 objection is printed in the Iowa administrative code.
  1 12    The joint resolution takes effect upon enactment.
