1 1 Section 1. Section 524.1202, Code Supplement 1995, is
1 2 amended by adding the following new subsection:
1 3 NEW SUBSECTION. 4. In addition to any other bank offices
1 4 authorized by this section, a state or national bank may also
1 5 establish a bank office within an enterprise community located
1 6 in an urban area as designated by the United States department
1 7 of housing and urban development pursuant to 26 U.S.C. } 1391
1 8 et seq.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill provides that a state or national bank may
1 11 establish a bank office within an enterprise community located
1 12 in an urban area as designated by the United States department
1 13 of housing and urban development pursuant to federal law in
1 14 addition to any other office authorized under section
1 15 524.1202.
