1 2 Supplement 1995, is amended to read as follows:
1 3 b. Used exclusively in the transportation of the children
1 4 in the immediate family of the driver; or
1 5 Sec. 2. Section 321.1, subsection 69, paragraph c, Code
1 6 Supplement 1995, is amended by striking the paragraph.
1 7 EXPLANATION
1 8 This bill strikes from the definition of school bus the
1 9 exemption for vehicles transporting children to or from school
1 10 that are operated by a municipally or privately owned urban
1 11 transit company for the transportation of children as part of
1 12 or in addition to their regularly scheduled service.
