  1  1    Section 1.  Section 598.35, Code 1995, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  A parent of the child unreasonably
  1  4 refuses to allow visitation by the grandparent or unreasonably
  1  5 restricts visitation.
