  1  1    Section 1.  Section 232.69, subsection 1, paragraph b, Code
  1  2 1995, is amended by adding the following new subparagraph:
  1  3    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (16)  A provider or an employee of a
  1  4 provider of emergency shelter services, support services, or
  1  5 other services to victims of domestic abuse or sexual assault.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill designates, as a mandatory child abuse reporter,
  1  8 a provider or an employee of a provider of emergency shelter
  1  9 services, support services, or other services to victims of
  1 10 domestic abuse or sexual assault.
