1 11 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 12 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided .. $ 23.50
1 13 b. Legal residents sixty years of age or older ... $ 6.50
1 14 Sec. 4. EFFECTIVE DATE AND APPLICABILITY PROVISION. This
1 15 Act takes effect December 15, 1995, and the fees specified in
1 16 sections 1 through 3 of this Act are effective for the 1996
1 17 license year and for subsequent license years.
1 18 EXPLANATION
1 19 This bill provides a reduced annual fishing, hunting, and
1 20 combined fishing and hunting license fee for residents who are
1 21 60 years of age or more. The annual fees are $3.00 plus a
1 22 writing fee of 50 cents for a fishing or hunting license and
1 23 $6.00 plus a writing fee of 50 cents for a combined fishing
1 24 and hunting license.
1 25 This bill takes effect December 15, 1995, for the 1996
1 26 license year and subsequent license years.
