1 1 Section 1. Section 321.34, Code 1995, is amended by adding
1 2 the following new subsection:
1 3 NEW SUBSECTION. 18. MOTORCYCLES AND MOTORIZED BICYCLES.
1 4 The owner of a motorcycle or motorized bicycle subject to
1 5 registration pursuant to this chapter shall be issued a
1 6 registration plate under this section if the owner complies
1 7 with the requirements, under this section, for issuance of the
1 8 specific registration plate.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill provides that the owner of a motorcycle or motor-
1 11 ized bicycle may be issued a special vehicle registration
1 12 plate under section 321.34 so long as the owner complies with
1 13 the requirements for issuance of that particular special
1 14 plate.
