1 2 BY COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATION AND RULES
1 3 A House Concurrent Resolution to approve and confirm the
1 4 appointment of the citizens' aide.
1 5 WHEREAS, chapter 2C provides that the citizens'
1 6 aide shall be appointed by the legislative council
1 7 with the approval and confirmation of a constitutional
1 8 majority of the House of Representatives and with the
1 9 approval and confirmation of a constitutional majority
1 10 of the Senate; and
1 11 WHEREAS, on November 29, 1995, the legislative
1 12 council reappointed Mr. William P. Angrick II as
1 13 citizens' aide for a term commencing July 1, 1996, and
1 14 is submitting his name for approval and confirmation
1 15 by a constitutional majority of the House of
1 16 Representatives and Senate; NOW THEREFORE,
1 17 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
1 18 SENATE CONCURRING, That Mr. William P. Angrick II is
1 19 approved and confirmed as citizens' aide for a four-
1 20 year term which commences July 1, 1996, as provided in
1 21 sections 2C.3 and 2C.5.
