  1  1    Amend Senate File 2370, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  INTERIM COMMITTEE.  The legislative
  1  6 council shall consider creating a legislative interim
  1  7 committee to review the success or failure of the
  1  8 substantive and procedural provisions for energy
  1  9 efficiency cost recovery under chapter 476.  The
  1 10 committee shall make recommendations to the general
  1 11 assembly on any required changes due to the experience
  1 12 gained from the previous two biennial energy
  1 13 efficiency plan and budget cycles."
