  1  1    Amend Senate File 2370, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  476.46  NEW GENERATING
  1  6 CAPACITY – YEAR 2012.
  1  7    A rate-regulated electric utility shall be
  1  8 prohibited from providing for new generating capacity,
  1  9 other than by means of alternate energy production
  1 10 facilities or small hydro facilities, until January 1,
  1 11 2012."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
