  1  1    Amend House File 2419, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 12 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "facility, except that if the issue of
  1  5 width was not addressed,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "agency" the following:  "and the owner of the
  1  8 facility".
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 1 through 14.
  1 10    #4.  Page 3, by striking line 14 and inserting the
  1 11 following:  "twenty rods one hundred fifty feet of the
  1 12 dwelling house or within fifty feet of other buildings
  1 13 on".
  1 14    #5.  By striking page 3, line 16, through page 9,
  1 15 line 3.
  1 16    #6.  Page 9, by striking lines 27 through 32.
  1 17    #7.  Title page, by striking lines 1 through 10 and
  1 18 inserting the following:  "An Act relating to
  1 19 transportation by granting the state department of
  1 20 transportation condemnation rights for utility
  1 21 facility replacement, requiring certain criteria be
  1 22 adopted by administrative rule, providing for entry
  1 23 onto private property for sounding and drilling, and
  1 24 providing for release of retained funds for public
  1 25 improvements."
  1 26    #8.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 27 and correcting internal references as necessary.
