1 1 Amend the amendment, H-5705, to Senate File 2147,
1 2 as passed by the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 3, line 28, by inserting after the word
1 4 "site." the following: "Program content for video
1 5 traffic is the responsibility of the requesting
1 6 authorized user. For purposes of this subsection,
1 7 "requesting authorized user" means the authorized user
1 8 initiating the network scheduling request regardless
1 9 of the specific site from which the event originates.
1 10 Scheduling on the network is limited to authorized
1 11 users only. Scheduling by a requesting authorized
1 12 user constitutes certification by such user that the
1 13 traffic is part of the mission of that authorized
1 14 user. The commission and its advisory committees, as
1 15 defined in this chapter, shall establish policy
1 16 statements for each authorized user group which define
1 17 authorized uses of the network that are consistent
1 18 with the mission of the authorized user group."
