  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5541, to Senate File 2448,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 17, by striking lines 22 through 28 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "6A.  STATUS OF WOMEN DIVISION CONTINGENT
  1  7 APPROPRIATION
  1  8    If the general assembly does not enact a statute
  1  9 creating a workforce development department with
  1 10 responsibility for the mentoring project for family
  1 11 investment program participants, the following amount
  1 12 for the division of the status of women to implement
  1 13 the mentoring project under section 239.22:  
  1 14 .................................................. $     72,000"
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering, relettering, and redesignating
  1 16 as necessary.
