1 10 "Sec. . Section 710.8, subsection 1, paragraph
1 11 c, Code 1995, is amended to read as follows:
1 12 c. "Runaway child" means a person under eighteen
1 13 years of age who is voluntarily absent from the
1 14 person's home without the consent of the person's
1 15 parent, guardian, or legal or actual custodian, or of
1 16 the person standing in loco parentis."
