  1  1    Amend Senate File 2442, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "3.  Any future contract entered into by the
  1  6 department for mental health managed care under the
  1  7 medical assistance program shall include a provision
  1  8 which requires the contractor to make public
  1  9 information which includes the profit realized by the
  1 10 contractor and the amount of funds expended by the
  1 11 contractor for administrative purposes under the
  1 12 contract."
